I had the vegan French toast with fruit compote. Very tasty and good portion. Also had an iced espresso-based drink with almond milk called Good Morning Mazatlan. Pretty good as well. Excited that Lyfe Market has a vegan savory breakfast, which I'll try next time. A few days later we came back for lunch. I had the bean soup and the BBQ burger, both vegan. The soup was tasty but the burger was pretty regrettable; the patty while housemade was soft (texture and consistency of firm mashed potatoes) and flavorless, even when adding the BBQ sauce. So skip that!Will still try more food.

We stopped by here for lunch. We started with the spring rolls which weren't like traditional Thai spring rolls where the wrapper is super thin, but like an egg roll wrapper. It tasted very good, but both my dining partner and I had hot oil squirt out the thick ends onto our fingers. That's no fun.I ordered the vegan Pad Kee Mao with tofu. I had the option to have the tofu fried, which I chose. The dish was glistening with oil, but it was very flavorful. I liked the food, but really hate eating meals where I'm getting a lot of calories from oil. :(
